📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee staff performance, conduct regular training sessions, and provide feedback.,Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the Outlet Manager.,Assist in planning and executing promotional activities to drive sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Experience in managing a team and driving sales performance.
