📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.,Process guest transactions, including payments and refunds, using the hotel's cashier system.,Provide excellent customer service to guests, answering their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest transactions and financial transactions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.,Follow all hotel policies and procedures related to front office operations and cash handling.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a cashier or front office staff in a hotel or similar environment is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using cashier systems and hotel management software.,Familiarity with English language is a plus.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
