📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for our spa therapists, focusing on the latest techniques and trends in the industry.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to ensure therapists meet and exceed performance standards.
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, videos, and workshops, to support ongoing learning and development.
• Collaborate with the spa management team to align training programs with business goals and guest expectations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and certifications, incorporating new knowledge into training programs.
• Organize and facilitate workshops and seminars to enhance therapists’ skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the spa team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Spa Science, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Spa Trainer or in a similar role within the spa industry.
• Certifications in spa therapy, such as Certified Spa Trainer (CST), or equivalent industry-recognized credentials.
• Strong knowledge of various spa treatments, including massage, facials, body wraps, and other wellness services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and mentor spa therapists.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using training management software, such as LMS (Learning Management System) tools.
• Passion for wellness and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
