In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial advice to senior management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including month-end closing, year-end audits, and tax filings.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.,Train and mentor junior accountants and other staff members on accounting principles and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and regulatory requirements.,Proficiency in accounting software, including QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.,Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
