Lippo Malls Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team at the Lippo Mall Head Office. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance and upkeep of our malls, ensuring that they are safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all mall facilities and equipment.,Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.,Inspect and maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance and longevity of mall facilities.,Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Lead and supervise a team of maintenance personnel, providing training and development opportunities.,Respond to and resolve maintenance issues and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Building Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in building maintenance and management.,Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.,Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
