📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.,Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Plan and organize kitchen schedules and staff assignments.,Maintain a high standard of food quality and presentation.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
