📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head pastry chef in preparing and baking a variety of pastries, desserts, and bread products.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients.,Prepare and maintain food displays for customers.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Ensure all food products meet quality and safety standards.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the bakery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Pastry Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods.,Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Basic knowledge of inventory management.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
