As the Chief Finance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the company and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.,Oversee the accounting and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and Indonesian GAAP.,Manage the tax function, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting.,Lead the finance team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional growth.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.,Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations.,Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax roles, with the last 5 years in a Chief Finance Officer position.,Strong knowledge of GAAP, Indonesian GAAP, and tax regulations.,Proven track record of leading finance teams and driving financial performance.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience in a similar role within a multinational or large-scale organization is a plus.,Certifications in CPA, CMA, or CFA are a plus.
