📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.,Support the HR team in organizing and managing employee data and information.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Support the HR team in any other ad-hoc tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Good knowledge of HR practices and procedures.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
