📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist senior tax consultants in the preparation and filing of tax returns for individuals and businesses.,Conduct research and analysis of tax laws and regulations to identify opportunities for tax planning and optimization.,Provide tax advice and recommendations to clients on tax-related matters, including compliance, planning, and dispute resolution.,Prepare and present tax reports and analyses to clients and internal stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality service to clients.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in tax law and regulations, and provide training and support to junior team members.,Participate in tax audits and investigations as required, and provide expert testimony if necessary.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tax-related activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in tax consulting or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in tax software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
