📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and warehouse protocols.,Manage and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency.,Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent stock losses.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.,Implement and monitor warehouse management systems to improve operational efficiency.,Handle and resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing warehouse staff and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
