MERIDIAN Corporindo is looking for a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a proven track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid role, offering the best of both worlds: the flexibility of remote work and the engagement of in-store operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.,Train and mentor staff to maintain high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Oversee the cleanliness and presentation of the store to enhance the shopping experience.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes to ensure compliance with company standards.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote in-store events and special offers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and POS systems.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
