Berkah Tono Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.,Coordinate with team members to achieve departmental goals.,Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.,Handle employee recruitment, training, and development.,Manage and resolve employee disputes or conflicts.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Report to the management on team performance and operational issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor or similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
