📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing and supervising the daily operations of the assigned department.,Ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed on time and within budget.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve departmental performance.,Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Motivating and leading a team of employees to achieve departmental goals.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Providing regular reports to senior management on departmental performance.,Recruiting, training, and developing new employees as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong knowledge of departmental operations and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with HR management practices and procedures.,Ability to use basic computer software and tools.
