📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Plan and schedule maintenance work orders to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure maintenance activities do not disrupt operations.
• Monitor and maintain the condition of machinery and equipment using tools like SAP PM.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Train and mentor junior maintenance staff.
• Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision roles.
• Proven experience with SAP PM or similar maintenance management software.
• Certification in ISO 45001 or equivalent safety management systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with consumer products manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
