📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Document patient health information accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment options.,Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.,Maintain a clean and safe nursing environment.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.,Assist in the training and mentoring of new nursing staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Valid nursing license and registration with the relevant healthcare board.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols.
