📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify potential candidates for job openings.,Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
