📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, organized, and welcoming to customers.,Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and dishwashers.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor sales performance and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience in managing a team and driving sales growth.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
