Up Seed Berjaya is looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team in Pekanbaru. This is an immediate opening, so if you're ready to start right away, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales process, managing customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by identifying potential customers and building relationships.,Support the sales team in preparing and presenting sales proposals.,Manage and update customer records in the CRM system.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales campaigns and events.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing customers.,Conduct market research and gather customer feedback.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations.,Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and industry trends.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
