📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the assigned area, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.,Managing a team of Area Managers and ensuring they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Monitoring and analyzing sales performance, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.,Conducting regular team meetings, providing feedback, and fostering a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the logistics or delivery industry.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong understanding of logistics operations and customer service standards.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
