📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and ordering.,Train and supervise junior store operators to maintain high standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring excellent customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Store Operator or similar role.,Proven track record in managing store operations and driving sales.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
