📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure that documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Write clear and concise technical articles, manuals, and guides,Develop and maintain a style guide for technical writing,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure consistency and quality,Provide technical writing training to other team members as needed,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate complex information clearly,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Experience with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare or Confluence,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and project management skills
