📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts,Ensure technical accuracy and clarity of documentation,Develop user manuals, quick start guides, and other supporting materials,Review and edit documentation for consistency and readability,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide feedback and suggestions for improving existing documentation,Assist in the development of training materials and tutorials

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong technical background and understanding of software development concepts,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development processes

🛠️ Keahlian

Technical writing tools (e.g.MadCap FlareAdobe FrameMaker)Software development concepts and terminologyAgile methodologies and software development processesDocumentation management systemsBasic graphic design skills for creating diagrams and illustrationsExperience with version control systems (e.g.Git)
