Greet customers and provide excellent customer service,Take and relay customer orders accurately to the kitchen,Ensure food and beverages are served promptly and correctly,Maintain a clean and organized dining area,Handle cash transactions and provide change,Address customer complaints and concerns professionally,Assist with opening and closing procedures,Uphold the restaurant's policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is a plus,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure,Strong attention to detail,Friendly and approachable demeanor,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is required,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
