📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the construction and maintenance of infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers and workers, providing guidance and support.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, permits, and other documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve construction-related issues promptly.
- Participate in project planning and budgeting activities.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Proficiency in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
