📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and serve signature cocktails using premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and innovative techniques
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and presentation in the bar area
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and a consistent guest experience
• Host exclusive events and VIP guests, providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences
• Upsell and promote our bar menu to increase sales and revenue
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for bar supplies as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in mixology, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-end hospitality setting
• Proven ability to create and serve signature cocktails using premium spirits and fresh ingredients
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, including shaking, stirring, and building cocktails
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and staff in a professional and friendly manner
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with POS systems and bar inventory management software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
