📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service.,Monitor sales and inventory to optimize performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales.,Coordinate with the corporate office to ensure consistent brand standards.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role within the food service industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage a team and drive performance.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Experience with marketing and sales strategies is a plus.
