📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor project progress to ensure quality and compliance
• Manage project budgets and financial reports, ensuring adherence to financial goals

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, ensuring high-quality project outcomes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management within the construction and engineering industry
• Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders and teams
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or LEED is a plus
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
