In this role, you will manage our e-commerce platform, including Shopify, and handle daily operations such as order processing, inventory management, and customer service. You will also work closely with our marketing team to optimize our online store and drive sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our e-commerce platform, including Shopify, to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
• Process and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently, working closely with our logistics team to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and track the performance of online marketing campaigns.
• Analyze sales data and provide insights to help drive growth and improve our online business strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices to continuously improve our online operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new e-commerce initiatives to enhance our online presence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce administration, preferably in the fragrance or retail industry.
• Proven experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, suppliers, and team members.
• Analytical skills to interpret sales data and provide actionable insights.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
