📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Create and schedule engaging content for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Hootsuite and Google Analytics
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages promptly
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
• Assist in the development of promotional materials, such as flyers and posters
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing or a similar role
• Proficient in using social media platforms and marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Canva
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Fluent in both English and Indonesian
