🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in business strategy and execution, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Proficiency in strategic planning tools and software, such as SWOT analysis, PESTEL analysis, and strategic planning frameworks.
• Experience with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
• Certification in business strategy or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
